I am an art therapist who works with teens, adults and children to help them find calm and discovers solutions to challenges with anxiety, depression or trauma. I use a creative process with conversation to reveal strengths and bring insight and strategies to resolve problems. No art skills are required. My clients include CancerCare Manitoba, Ndinawe temporary youth shelter and Manitoba School Divisions.

I offer a variety of creative mediums including storytelling, drawing, clay, painting, collage, and I specialize in video making as therapy. Art encourages individuals to express their voices, discuss their challenges and reframe their stories. Within art therapy, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including Internal Family Systems, narrative therapy, mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy. If this way of healing connects with you, I am available for a free consultation to help you understand how this process can be a doorway to freedom and hope.
I have work with children, teens or adults to resolve:
  • ADHD
  • Addiction
  • Anger Management
  • Chronic Illness
  • Codependency
  • Depression
  • Domestic Abuse
  • Emotional Disturbance
  • Grief
  • PTSD and Trauma
  • Relationship Issues
  • School Issues
  • Self Esteem
  • Spirituality
  • Stress
  • Substance Use
  • Suicidal Ideation
  • Video Game and
    Social Media Addictions
Strong feelings of tension or worry, sluggishness or dullness, are signals that we need to care for ourselves and seek support. Unresolved memories from the past can burden our minds. Life changes in relationship, health, school or work can overwhelm us. Through the process of expressing yourself, you will discover your strengths and a path to a better future.
